New source of high power -rays driven by laser pulse is proposed. For the laser pulse with intensity higher than roughly 10 W/cm, the radiation reaction effect working on accelerated electrons play an important role. In this case, the energy lost by radiation reaction leads to photon energy of -ray regime. We showed that the generated -rays have features such as high power, short duration, and collimation, which is considered as a new source of laser-driven -rays.
